  • Infor365 Online Support is Infor Global's online repository for product documentation considered essential to the support and education of our clients, partners, affiliates and professionals.
  • The Infor Global FTP Site is designated as the website which holds software patches for clients to download on an as needed basis.
Infor Global Customers: You must have currently valid Infor365 Online Support to qualify for website access privileges. To purchase Infor365 Online Support, please contact your Infor Global Consulting Manager. In addition, you must have a connection to the Internet and a web browser. FTP software may also be required to download files from the Infor Global FTP site.
